Is your baby ready to learn to sleep through the night?
Does your baby or young child have sleeping issues?
With our doula sleep consulting, we can not only create a sleep consulting plan to help your child learn to sleep through the night, but we also can come in and help you implement it to make sure it is successful.
Who does sleeping training and sleep consulting fit best or when do I know we are ready?
Parents find themselves ready to help their baby learn to sleep through the night with our gentle sleep training for a variety of reasons. Your baby may now finally be in the age range of 3-6 months to learn to be ready to introduce a healthy sleep routine that starts shifting towards proper sleep training plans so that your baby can learn to sleep through the night. This will include changing nightly feeds, helping baby to self-soothe, and get longer stretches between feeds until we can drop nightly feeds altogether. This is a gentle and gradual process that we adapt to fit each baby and family best.
Another reason you may want to do this in addition to baby being ready is you or your partner may be returning to work and cannot be up throughout the nights with breaks in your own sleep. So whether you have your own business or have a demanding job during the day, we will make sure you get the solid sleep you need with our sleep consulting strategies that will help get your baby sleeping 10-12 hours throughout the night.
Parents may have not had the chance to teach their babies to sleep through the night thus far and also could have a older child (toddler to preschool ages) that has not developed the healthy sleeping habits parents truly have wanted for their family from being first-time parents or just being extremely busy. Sometimes a family may be expecting another baby or have recently had a second or third child that is highlighting the older child’s sleeping issues. They realize not only is this not sustainable for them but that they want to eliminate their new baby from also having sleeping issues in the future. This may look like us helping the older child that is struggling and helping you with your new baby at the right time when they are ready to learn to sleep through the night.
