Night Doula Care

nights can be a challenging and demanding time when looking after your newborn as the sleep deprivation really can be brutal if it accumulates. not only that you may not have the usual daytime support you usually have and feel completely on your own. during the nights i can make sure not only is this a time you are able to get support with practical needs but also a time where you can have restorative rest once baby is eating well + you can have more energy during the daytime after getting more rest yourself.

we can make a night-time plan that meets all of your needs + goals for your family where you can get at least help with 3 feeds with your baby, the start of healthy sleeping habits, and sleep training or teaching your baby to sleep through the night when they are ready. i help you balance baby bonding + getting all the cuddles they need while also helping initiate their skills to self-soothe and become comfortable in their own sleeping space. this give you a great foundation to have great self-care, and time with your partner in the future.

i will make sure the nights are an easy-going time where you truly can relax, get guidance, be listened to, and catch some much needed Zzzs.

i provide postpartum night doula care also at competitive rates and try to be as flexible as possible with families to make sure they get the most night doula care they need. package pricing is available
