Guidance and Clarity for Nursing Moms
I have helped many mothers fully breastfeed their babies where other professionals had literally given up. I understand the key to a healthy nursing experience for new moms is having the support to assure mama is well-rested, well-fed, well taken care of, and well informed. Experiencing the transition and adjustments firsthand as a mother myself has afforded me a deep understanding on not only what a new mother needs but the demands her body is experiencing, and how to meet those unique, special needs. I give support in a gentle, encouraging, and insightful manner that helps mothers meet their own goals for their new baby with nursing and make sure they establish a healthy, full milk supply. By teaching other women like you how to look after yourself as a mother and get the support you need, you are sure to give your baby all of the beautiful nourishing milk your body has been working so hard to make just for them.
I love helping new mamas who want to introduce the bottle after they have fully established their milk supply so they can get a bit more rest, give other family members a way to feed baby as well, and find a way for moms to balance giving baby all of their nutrition while mom establishes healthy self-care habits.
