As your birth doula, I will help prepare you for your upcoming birth and guide you through your pregnancy in a holistic way. As someone who focuses on doula care as a beautiful, traditional preventative care option, I will be thoroughly making sure you are the healthiest, most informed, and as comfortable as possible to have the smoothest birth. Understanding that oftentimes new mothers find themselves having to fight against institutional frameworks and potential biases, I will help prepare you for dealing with potential issues that may arise during your birth if it is in the hospital and show you how to be able to voice yourself, knowing your rights as a laboring mother. I will be there to provide you not only with emotional, physical, and mental support prenatally, throughout your pregnancy, during labor + birth, and immediately after baby is born, but I will be there to help make sure you are heard, respected, and wishes honored no matter what environment you are planning to give birth in.

Birth Doula Care includes 2 prenatal appointments with the opportunity for more depending on which package you choose

Continuous support throughout your pregnancy, during labor, the transition to hospital or birth center, throughout the entire birth and at least until 1 hour after baby is born

You will have assistance with nursing once baby is born and one postpartum visit. Special birth prices are available if you choose to also have comprehensive postpartum day or night doula care with me.
